Spa Finder is unethical
I have spent several hours and emails with the “customer service” and even the Operation Manager trying to get a spa finder card that has $50 that a client gave to me for payment of their services. This has been an ongoing issue since 1/23/24 and as of 2/5/24 I have not been issued a new card to the one that keeps being denied through my payment processing. The card has $50 on their I verified it several times however it keeps being declined and they give me so many excuses of why it’s happening and just won’t reissue a working card number to rectify the issue and let me receive my payment. I am a business owner and pay a monthly fee to be on their website and to participate and accept the spa finders yet they are not holding up to their business contract and paying the business like they are supposed to. This is unethical and fraudulent.
