No support received
I received several SpaFinder gift cards as a present a while ago. With no expiry date shown I expected to be able to use them whenever I wished, however it now appears that SpaFinder is no more and I am unable to use them anywhere in the UK. I have contacted the help line for support and after several attempts I finally received a call back....with advice to email my gift card numbers to a stated email address. Having completed this, I received.....nothing - no response and no support. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend SpaFinder to anyone.
