If I could give minus stars I would
If I could give minus stars I would. The worst factor you can have in Aberdeen. Had multiple development managers, who contradict each other. One even stating they are not obliged to keep developments up to any certain standard! Building was brand new and now 10+ years old. Doors and fences never been painted in that time, even though title deeds states every 3 years. Property managers only ever look at title deeds when it comes to splitting payments, everything else does not matter. They will pay contractors invoices even though they have not undertaken the work. Will also double charge you. Still receiving electricity invoices from 2020! They used to inspect the development quarterly and when questioned about a fence they said it was in good condition. Eventually got a property manager to meet me at development and showed fence for property manager to admit it was rotten and needed fixed straight away as could fall on the cars. Was going to charge development over £200 for graffiti removal, when council do it for £20. Contractor admitted to fixing panelling incorrectly, Newton paid the invoice but did not get contractor back for nearly a year to rectify their mistake. Got sick fed up getting no where with Aberdeen office, so got put through to Lewis Littlejohn. He assured me that he would deal with my complaints and queries; that I had come to the right person. Promised he would email within the next week. A month later and three chasing phone calls from myself to be told he's 'in a meeting but has told Murray to send an email'. No wonder communication is shocking if one of the main managers cant stick to his word and phone back. They are currently taking over other factoring businesses in Aberdeen which is a joke, when they cant even deal with the properties they already have. Looks like if you leave a review here then you might be lucky enough to have some correspondence..... might finally get my call back!
