Extremely disappointed about lack of understanding
Unfortunately with the current pandemic and having to juggle working from home, home schooling, childcare etc etc I was unable to complete my course within the specified time frame. I received no understanding of these extenuating circumstances and after the initial, rather rude response about me losing access to complete the course a few days after expiry, I was totally ignored. Very disappointing customer service. So they now have my money and I have nothing to show for it. I can't imagine it costs anything to reactivate my account for another week but would turn a very tired and unhappy customer into a happy one ☹
