I’ve been working for test IO for last 3 years and to be honest this is the best working experience I’ve ever had in any company because of the following factors: +Fair payment policy and testes are oftentimes compensated for their time via bonus,paid activity sessions etc besides regular payments +Flexible work load as you can join test cycles based on your own availability +Frequent number of test cycles everyday so there’s a lot of work on the platform to do. +Strong community support via discord which helps the new testers to quickly onboard and learn about testing. +Useful study material for learning about the practices in Quality Assurance +Competitive Environment as testers are periodically ranked every season based on their performance.
