Total disaster - Nothing done right. Will not use again.
Delivery delayed by a month, Exercise bike delivered had an old frame from the previous model which was incompatible with the updated electronic display it was supplied with. Totally useless and discovered too late as it was a present. Considering this was ordered 3 months in advance and was a month late it was a total disaster. The business model used here seems to be take advance orders and then buy and ship over from China making a fat profit. Will never shop here again, better to go direct to Alibaba.
