At this point, they're just lying to me.
Had a micro-inverter go out that was under warranty. Wrote to customer service who confirmed, yes, it was still under warranty. On April 27th - a month and a half ago - they said they were shipping us a new micro-inverter that week. Never received it. On May 5th they said they were shipping it that week. On May 17th they said they were shipping it that week. On May 31st they said they were shipping it that week. Never once did they send me a tracking number. I have yet to receive anything from them. Their inaction is literally costing me money, since my panel isn't producing energy. Absolutely unacceptable to tell me you're shipping something 4 times and lie about it.
