NJ American refuses to cancel Water Line Protection Plan
I paid $12.80/month to NJ American water for years for a Water Line Protection Plan for my home in Strathmere, NJ. When I was notified that the plan cost was increased from $12.80/month to $19.18/month, I called and cancelled it. I received written notice from NJ American Water of its cancellation. BUT, they won't stop charging me. Its been four consecutive months of over charges. Each month (now its March 2024) when I call NJ American, they say they are not responsible, that I must contact Water Line Protection Plan. Water Line Protection Plan says they are reviewing it.
