Horrible experience from the start
Horrible experience from the start. I bought an eSIM plan just for them to tell me wait 24hours to activate it. I wait 24 hours and can’t login nor register only for customer service to tell me my account was suspended and my order cancelled, how without notifying me? What’s the reason to suspend an account and cancel an order without telling me the day after I bought the plan? There be no record of resolution and no mention of sending my order or a refund. Until this is resolved I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM
