Siobhan-7631 was excellent from she arrived until she finished, informed me of what was wrong and fixed the issue quickly. I experienced a flat tyre while on holiday in Portrush and was due to drive home the following day. I was worried about driving back to Belfast especially with my children in the car with me Siobhan, explained how many miles my tyre would take me and to get to the garage when I got back to get the tyre replaced. We arrived home safe and sound. Thank you so much to the RAC and especially Siobhan.
