Sign up process not smooth

Sign up process not smooth. Called in and promised call back within 3 days and this wasn’t actioned. After I signed up online, was sent email to give meter Reading by 7 December. Went to vacant property to get meter readings (this is a two hour round trip for me) clicked on the link to download the app. I was not able to access the app as no email to confirm my account details were sent through. I called the helpline to be told that I did not need to submit a meter reading until my transfer from the old provider takes place in the next week. I was told I would not need to now give a meter reading until the start of January 2025. I read the email that was sent through by Rebel energy to me stating that I was to give a meter reading and explained all the problems in doing so. Celeste apologised and said that is an automatic email that is sent out and that she would raise it with back office because the information was incorrect. Celeste was apologetic and it is not her fault however I think this is a big oversight in the automation aspects of how rebel energy do their business. I hope that this is the last of the issues I have fingers crossed.
