Total failure
I filled out the form 3 times and finally got the payment screen. However it didn't take payment information, but stored all my information. The request sat in pending for 24 hours. No response. I opened the chat with Sarah and asked her to check it out. I was told to start over. After 3 failures, I assume the 4th would fail again. When I asked for how to deleted my account she stopped responding in the chat. I'm using the Brave browser, so my issues may be related to the browser. However requiring me to start over just for payment seems ridiculous. Ignoring the chat and not having a way to delete my account is total failure. After stating I was leaving a 1-star review. Chat responded and said my information was not saved. Even though I could log in and see my profile (personal information and receipt for my request for service). Obviously my account has been saved. Requested how long my account was going to be up even though it wasn't "saved" -- no response again.
