Absolute S***show of a company!
Got a message on delivery day 25th June saying they were unable to deliver bed as 1 part hadn't been received from Dusk. Dusk denied this. Got a message on 26th June saying bed was on its way and I spoke to the driver on the phone also. Bed never arrived! 27th June - email saying bed on its way. Bed never arrived! Spoke to an advisor on the 28th June who rebooked delivery for the 1st July. The guys arrived with half my package and expected me to sign for it which of course I didn't. Was told via WhatsApp that they would deliver on the 3rd and when I didn't receive my timeslot I contacted them to be told it would be the 4th July. I was unable to stay at home on this day as I had already taken 4 unpaid days leave for this delivery. Nearly a whole weeks wage gone for a bed that was meant to be a bargain. The email responses are generic, the WhatsApp advisors are unhelpful and the WhatsApp Live Chat isn't live at all as you wait ages for a response. On the actual day of my delivery, the 7th July, my 5th unpaid days leave from work, the men arrived on time and took my (damaged) package to my room of choice. In summary I have never received such a bad delivery service in my life so I would never again order from a company that uses BJS Home Delivery.
