Charlotte, was excellent and kept us updated on proceedings at all times. It was not a straightforward sale as the buyers kept changing mortgages etc. and delaying proceedings but Charlotte dealt with everything and finally got the sale completed. Obviously there were frustrations for us along the way but Charlotte always remained polite and courteous and I would certainly recommend both Charlotte and PCS Legal who were brilliant value for money given some of the quotes we received and we were not hit with addition fees for services so if you are reading this choose PCS Legal and ask for Charlotte.
