Zero customer service - does not work

Joined Tomato Energy in August 2024 - 9 months later, still not receiving bills or usage information. They did not take a direct debit for 3 months until I emailed them - no rely, but they started taking money. MyWatts not working, so I cannot see my usage or know how much I'll pay. Cost per month was around £40 in October - tbis ballooned to £200 in December and January - this is expected, but with no billing it is difficult to plan. Emailed them beginning of December requesting bill, no response. Emailed again end of January - got a response in March saying bills can be accessed from MyWatts (it still doesn't work). Overall, terrible company. With cheap unit rates much lower than everyone else, you expect poor customer service - but you expect to still receives bills and basic communication. I've simply given up trying - when my deal ends in July, I will move. I just hope they are charging me for what I've actually used - and not just taking money. No way of knowing as they don't respond.
