Great costumers service Initially I received an email with a different company name than what I had originally chosen and that The ID check could not be processed. So I contacted the Company MadeSimple and spoke to Karen. Her costumer service was very good and her understanding my query was excellent. She spoke clearly and sounded confident in what she was doing which felt reassuring. Also, Karen went the extra mile the next day with an update m, confirming that all was clear and that ID checked was completed. Thank you
