sydney delivery company issues!
They use Needletail Logistics as their delivery company in Sydney, Australia. Multiple 0-1 star reviews for this company - my item arrived in Australia on 10/12/2024 and has been out for delivery for multiple days. Kloudy unable to assist other than provide my tracking number which I already have access to. SCAM. Unable to comment on actual jewelry and quality of such as the items have not been received. Buyer beware based off the delivery company Kloudy uses.
