Not Great
Sadly not the best experience. The solicitor I had for my conveyancing took too long to respond to queries. When I rang & left messages she said she’d responded via email but hadn’t. Also gave me conflicting & incorrect information at times & then went on 2 weeks leave (without telling me) which coincided with my completion date after sending me an incorrect bill as a parting shot. I then had to chase again to find out what was happening. It took 4 months to finalise a cash sale with no chain. A different solicitor was assigned to my case at the last minute and he was great. Very helpful & responded quickly. everything went through on time but on the whole it was very stressful & shouldn’t have been.
