Incredibly poor
Incredibly poor. Purchased a £200 down jacket. Within a few weeks it started shedding feathers from the down filling across the entire surface of the jacket. This is a black jacket with white feathers poking out all over it. I contacted customer service through a very protracted process, their response was "tough luck, no exchange, this is normal". From a supposedly high-end retailer, this is poor to say the least.
