Friendly and knowledgeable during viewing
Thanks to Kelly McDermott from Thornley Groves Monton branch last week. Even though I was slightly late this wasn't a problem and she was friendly and very knowledgeable about the property and the local area. Compared to some of the viewings I have had with other estate agents in recent weeks I felt she put a lot more effort in.
