Very well organised itinerary and attention to detail. All transfers between airports and accommodation well organised. Good quality hotels used in good locations. Very good cruise ship experience overall and excellent excursions. Only one criticism was the use of bicycle transport during one excursion. It all happened very quickly giving little opportunity to assess whether it would be safe and comfortable for people with limited mobility or joint problems. When the problem was pointed out the tour guide did arrange taxi transport for the second leg instead of the cycle transport planned.
