The majority of staff were very helpful and friendly but one person let the team down. On picking up the car, the man at the desk dealing with the paperwork was very impatient and wouldn't even give me 10 seconds to read a few sentences to see what I was signing. Contracts are given via email after signing without reading them. Might be normal practice?? Same person was obviously not suited to a customer contact role - customers were a nuisance. Very bruskly gave me instructions of how to find the car - did not care. Rude. The Basil Fawlty of car hire!
