Hazelton's Gift Baskets in Toronto (under the business name "The Baskets Group") needs to be exposed and shut down. They not only have an 'F' rating with the BBB, but they have a long and sordid history of deceiving customers out of rightful refunds when mismanaging their orders (which is surprisingly very frequent - almost too convenient). I am one of them. I ordered four (expensive) gift baskets in December 2017. They omitted items in two of them. Since then I have made numerous calls and sent dozens and dozens of emails to get my money back, to no avail. And on two occasions they told me a courier was coming to replace the baskets, which same never arrived. When I finally did manage to get a live person a few weeks ago ('Fahad'), he advised that they would e-wire my refund that day, which never came. Then last Friday he said a cheque was in the mail, but again, nothing was forthcoming. And now they're not answering their phone. During further research I've come across literally hundreds of people who have had similar (or worse) experiences with this company (and that's just the people who have posted their experiences over the net. I truly believe they are making a part-living out of robbing innocent people of their hard-earned money and have not been held accountable. Not even the BBB can get a response from them.
