Possible Fraud
Should I not have the issue solved by tomorrow I will initiate a chargeback and register a criminal complaint for Fraud. This Company does not deserve business ‐----------------------- Update.... 6 Sept. 24 Have tried via all methods (email/telephone/Funds callback) But even the contacts provided in the automatic answers are non-functional. This company is either in serious financial trouble and winding down.... or an outright fraud ‐----------------------- Update.... 16 Sept. 24 Finally someone reached out. Problem is not solved... Recieved a list of actions to perform. Most of which i have already done many times ‐----------------------- Update.... 03 October. 24 Problem NOT solved.... Company insists I pay for a NON -Functioning Safety feature. Have told them I will see them in court if they continue to insist on me paying for their BREACH OF CONTRACT ‐----------------------- Update.... 04. November 24 Nothing.... No Update
