I broke down on the A1/M motorway in…
I broke down on the A1/M motorway in June 2025 and was told I couldn’t get a tow home, only a lift to a local garage - this took 4 hours. I had to leave my van 200miles from home to be repaired I then incurred travel costs home and back again to collect my van - it was very inconvenient and expensive. I looked at my policy afterwards and found that I was entitled to a lift home. I received a very poor service and I am not renewing with this company
