Terrible service - do not believe the marketing
If you could give 0 stars I would. Emails are not acknowledged or replied to, phone calls are not answered or returned, crucial documents contain errors and need redrafting, instructions are ignored, or not read, and nothing happens at all if the case team is not chased. But you can't chase if you can't get through on the phone and no-one answers your emails. We feel as if we have been blacklisted. Even when the internal complaints team get involved, nothing changes, in fact they get worse. 6 months into a simple purchase my son has had two failed completion dates. He will lose his mortgage offer at the end of March, meaning he will have to start from scratch. Right now he has no new completion date and we are unable to get the case team to speak to us. This was a straightforward, chain free, transaction between family, and yet it has been a nightmare.
