Terrible service from Lloyds Bank
Finally paid off my Lloyds credit card. Went to close the account, its taken THREE phone calls, yesterday and today, to get them to close the account. Each customer service representative has assured me the account is closed and the interest waived. They advised I cut up the card (which I have done), and after the THIRD call today I have uninstalled their app. They then have the nerve to email me saying "Your payment on your credit card ending is now overdue." I don't think so! Not when I've cleared it ALL and had the reassurance from their staff as above!!
