Excellent Crypto Heroes course and very supportive team

They have been just AMAZINGLY SUPPORTIVE. I joined the CryptoHeroes programs back in February but I’ve had health issues that have kept me behind. I contacted them and provided all the medical evidence and they have supported me by allocating me in a new cohort of students. By having started the course and having done the first modules I can say it is amazingly helpful for understanding the blockchain technology and I have already started using it in my financial planning for retirement. That’s why I am super interested in continuing with my progress and they have been incredibly supportive with me. Special mention to Anna Ylla as she has followed up my case and has given me the options to continue with my training and remove the stress while I recover physically. After finishing this training I plan to join the one for AI! Thanks to the Learning Heroes Team!

Nuffield Manor Hospital in Oxford. Absolutely amazing

I had a bowel surgery and I received the best care from Dr. Kat Baker and Laura Vincent, all the nurses, carers and catering staff. It was a perfect experience. I felt safe and respected. Food was top quality and super healthy. All the team shows high level of expertise and empathy. Great communication that helps to make you feel you are in safe hands

Abusive service from the fraud team

They don’t let me access MY money. After blocking a transaction and asking me to contact the fraud team (which is ok for me) I cleared all the security questions, personal details, transactions from my account, an SMS security code etc. After 20 minutes the operator (called Sara) started asking personal questions not related to the security of my funds like where I was going on holidays. When I asked why she was asking these questions she blocked my funds. Now I cannot access my money and not even able to pay the credit card (also from Lloyds!). The support from the bank has been hopeless and still after 2 weeks not able to use my bank account. Abusive service as this is MY money! Now you need to let banks to be intrusive in your private life….
