Utter disaster
After just a couple of weeks of joining Tomato energy they called me and asked how everything was going? I mean really, in the middle of my working day ...as far as I'm concerned as long as I have electricity I'm happy? So then I get my 3 month bill...which was 3 times the previous 2 bills...which was ridiculous as we had been on holiday for 2 of those weeks and then we were working away for the other 2 weeks...so how was it even possible as I gave them the meter readings....to be fair they did answer the phone and some chap said they'd had problems with their system and would sort it out but had given an estimated bill instead of the actual reading....have now switched...never in 18 years of living in my home have I ever had any problems with my bills....so I do not recommend Tomato energy....I can't believe that if I hadn't checked and stopped my direct debit they would happily have taken all that money!
