Terrible Product & Even Worse Customer Service! I purchased Bitdefender's Small Business GravityZone subscription and have been struggling to activate it since day one. After multiple attempts and three frustrating calls to tech support, I received zero effective assistance. Only on my last call was I finally told that someone else would have to be contacted via email—why wasn’t this mentioned sooner?! At this point, I have zero confidence in both Bitdefender’s product and their customer support. The experience has been a complete nightmare—slow responses, no real solutions, and an overall lack of professionalism. I am demanding a full refund because I refuse to waste any more time on software that doesn’t work and a company that doesn’t care. Avoid this product at all costs!
