Fantastic Customer Experience
I was looking around for a more competitive tariff for my electricity, having been with OVO for a number of years. At first I approached Octopus but I just couldn't get past an automated response to my email that showed no one was actually reading my messages, let alone answering my questions. The experience with Good Energy couldn't have been more different. Prompt responses from Gifty and Ross - often within an hour of sending an email... even at 7.00am! And all their responses were thorough and really helpful. Net result is I threw the switch and, again, it's been effortless to change supplier. Two days for my account to switch across to Good Energy and another 5 for them to pick up my Smart Meter readings and put me on a new tariff. In a world increasingly dominated by automated emails and Indian call centres, I'm so impressed with how this company operates. Oh, and I'll be saving around £1,200/year on my electricity bill too. What's not to like?
