I recently completed on a property that was on the market with Paul Meakin. Sam Weller of the Selsdon branch was absolutely incredible throughout. In what ended up being a very stressful process due to various failings of the solicitors Sam was able to work her magic to ensure completion could happen within agreed deadlines. She was my go to person for information updates as the solicitor's communication was often non existant. Sam was incredibly helpful, reliable and professional, preventing me from turning completely grey in the process which I think I would have done without her support. She helped keep me sane and we had a good laugh along the way. Would definitely use Paul Meakin if I come to sell in future.
