Zero to Delayed Response to Support Tickets
I have been a customer for quite a few years. But in the last 2 years their customer support has gone down hill. We are left waiting 12-24 hours for a first response to tickets, so we are left with no support and wondering if someone is even looking into the issue. When we try to chat with them to get an update on the ticket they are dismissive and say they will respond when they can. Chat support seems to be only able to handle name/ticket creation and can't actually help with any hosting issues. In most cases we have had to hire outside help because WHC support takes too long to respond or don't know how to fix the issue. Their technical expertise seems limiting. I would not trust them with your hosting services. Hopefully they will learn that a simple response is better then zero communication.
