Fairly satisfied, but do have this one issue
I'm fairly satisfied with the backup. It's done automatically and painlessly. My only problem with it is that there are 108 files it can't back up, and I haven't been able to find out which ones or why. I'm sure if I took the time out to dig, I'd find out, but it is a little frustrating not to have the answer readily available.
