If I could give it zero stars I would…

If I could give it zero stars I would I am a disabled customer with hidden disabilities these disabilities are not always visible so I wear a sunflower lanyard and card I am also accompanied by a carer I visited the angila square store in Norwich on Monday 1st March the store was not looking it’s best and was in a run down state but that did not stop me from getting the items I needed but once I had reached the till with my carer he was told that only one person was allowed at the till and that he had to move away he did stand back but could see I was struggling and moved back to the till to help and support me again extremely rudely he was told to move I explained he was my carer and even though my disability card and laynard was visible I held it up for the two staff members behind the till to see but the woman at the till next to me continued to tell my carer to move both members of staff were extremely rude and were not interested in the fact that I was and could prove I was a disabled customer and I needed my carers help my carer did not move and stayed with me until I had paid and left the store while the staff still continued to speak rudely to my carer and myself to the point my carer got a bit annoyed and stated to the two members of staff that he was staying with me and if they didn’t like it they could sue him. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life I noticed on my way out that there is indeed a notice on the wall behind the tills stating only one person at the till at a time unless you are accompanied by a child or a carer maybe QD stores should educate there staff on their own policies and stop disabled people from having to go through this shame on you QD Stores
