I ordered my new contract on 10/12/24
I ordered my new contract on 10/12/24, but the phone hasn’t been received until 18/12/24. I had contacted customer care on the 16/12/24, and I have been promised to receive a phone call from customer care for an update, but no one has been in touch regarding my new order. Very much upset with delivery delay and poor communication.
