Incredibly slow internet with terrible…
Incredibly slow internet with terrible customer service. The speed provided is less than half of what they advertise. If you call you them will be directed to an overseas call centre that rarely answers the phone. They say they will call back but rarely do. When they call back they apologise in the best English they can muster however they never provide any real help.
