Extremely pleased with our move from CA to UK
We chose SDC to move our family items back from California to the UK. We had about 40 boxes which we self packed. The pick up crew was very organized and detailed. Laurynas our contact at SDC was very responsive with any questions we had. Our boxes were picked up on 7th of June and didn’t leave Oakland port until September unfortunately. Once it was moving everything was very speedy. The ship arrived early October to the port, customs only took two days (not 5-10 as initially advised) and we got our boxes delivered to our home within days (again not the 5-10 as advised). I’m amazed and slightly surprised (since I work in supply chain) none of our belongings were missing or got damaged through the journey . Extremely pleased with the service!
