Brilliant experience

I had a brilliant experience with this online shop. I got a shoe/trainer size that was a little smaller than my feet. I was surprised how wonderfully my case was dealt with. It was replaced with no problems and more. Thank you Grandado. Hellen U

Disappointment

I posted a birthday card using 2nd class stamp via post box (number NW2 51D) on 12 May 2025 to SE2 9JX, giving it 2 working days to get there on time. A week on today, my friend never received the card. I am so disappointed and wonder why post office services have gone so badly?
