Disgusting customer service or lack of!!
HB do not comply with your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. They refuse to cancel or refund my order when Evri lost my order (more like stolen). Shocking customer service, or lack of. I will be reporting to trading standards and contacting my bank. I will NEVER ever shop there again.
