Dan from my local OneAZ branch was extremely helpful. I actually wasn’t expecting him to be able to help me in my situation, and I regret to say I responded poorly whilst he held his composure and responded as though I hadn’t. This was the utmost best way to approach customer service. I was sincerely sorry, but I have to say I was very impressed at the professionalism displayed.
