Rude advisors and even ruder management
Decent customer service at the start until we had to deal with potentially moving house. Back and forth emails with customer support with no solution just patronising emails where they speak to you like a child. Our hands on experience with the “managing director” was appalling, very rude individual with no care for his customers at all. They would rather see you financially struggle than give an adequate solution. We have had no end of problems with the OFNL service they provide. We could not play any online PlayStation games instead I used my mobile hotspot which gave better speeds anyway. Absolutely could not be convinced to sign on with go internet again
