Feel deceived
I was happy to pay for a service however feel let down and deceived. Almost at the end of my 30 days and had my test booking changed to a centre that I had not selected just so a refund could be avoided being paid back to me. Now there is no response to emails and unable to select the messenger function. Dissatisfied with customer service and responses. Edited: Finally contacted by the company after writing a review here. The issue has been resolved however will still not recommend due to slow unresponsive communication.
