They don't deliver what you order. Despicable!
What happened to this once excellent company? I'm going through a nightmare trying to receive my cat's food and litter, and the service is terrible—worse than I could have imagined. My first order, due on June 26, never arrived. Instead of resending it, Zooplus issued a refund (which we haven't received yet) and made me reorder everything. The new order was supposed to arrive on July 3, but guess what? It didn't! I contacted customer service before I even got the notification that the parcel wasn't going to be delivered. I dealt with a rude and unhelpful representative who just repeated that the package was on its way. I reached out to customer service again in writing, but no one has responded. As a result, I have no food for my cats after not one but two orders failed to be delivered. Additionally, Zooplus insists on putting everything into one package, including 12 kilos of cat litter, making the parcel heavy and problematic for PostNord. We're paying for everything, so why not divide the contents into two packages? I'm in an emergency food situation now, and they simply don't care! This used to be my favorite company for buying food for my cats and dogs (when my dogs were still alive). I've been a customer for a very long time, but Zooplus.se has gone downhill quickly. What has happened to turn an excellent company into a useless one? Who did they hire that is so incompetent, rude, and unfit to deal with customers productively? I would really like to know. And why can't I speak to upper management about the latest blunder? They offer no good service, but they do take your money quickly. I'm disgusted and angry, and I don't know how I'm going to solve the food emergency they have caused my cats. DO NOT SHOP HERE! At least not until they have sorted themselves out, because right now, they are providing terrible service to their loyal customers. Shame on them!
