Terrible service
Terrible service, ordered a bed.half a bed was delivered to left sleeping on the floor. Told customer service manager will be informed and told can take 72hours for a reply, they are now saying they have to wait for the other half of the bed to be returned before they sort out the order, best thing is parcel force have damaged it and returned to sender and I haven't even seen the parcel. Cannot contact service manager on the phone and leave messages with no return calls, so in short half a bed, no replacement until they have damaged part back I haven't even seen and more time off, waisted
