IO would not even give them 1 star, they transferred my phone number over to the cloud as a business number, 3 modems were sent out, none of them worked, I did not have a phone line in an emergency causing my aunt tress as my wife could not call an Ambulance she is now in intensive care as she had a stroke while I had gone shopping and had to wait 3/4 of an hour for me to get back from shopping. I am now with BT. They gave me a new phone number in less than an hour now
