DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Terrible customer service from the company. Ordered a very expensive gift basket to be delivered on December 24th when the recipient was home. Received delivery notification 2 days early, that it had been delivered to the wrong address, and address that does not exist. Have been making every attempt to reach customer service since Dec 22 to no avail. After several calls and emails, I received an email from Hazletons advising me to contact the delivery company (fed ex) to get proof of delivery. Hazletons then sent me their policy for lost/stolen items, advising me that it was not their responsibility. Fed Ex will not release the proof of delivery to me because I am not the shipper. On January 11, I am still trying to reach a customer service agent at Hazletons. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
