Disappointing experience
Pretty disappointed with the experience so far. I had my kid enrolled for online classes.There is lots of connection issues and sometimes the teacher joins late. There is a customer care number but there is no one you can get hold of. These are costly classes and therefore the experience should be better and more accountability expected.
