Hypocritics and appalling service ...
Hypocritics and appalling service ... Unbelievably unacceptable. Being an extremely successful Executive Trainer, I have worn their men's shorts for their four-way split. A fellow ET informed me that Lululemon provides a discount for fitness professionals. Lululemon uses 'sweat collective' to outsource this. They, in turn, use SheerID to process these applications. Between the staff at the shop who told us they can't sell men's clothing to women (hypocritical, as when you call Lululemon they state they are ethically the best and not sexist. Lies and shear rubbish), and Sweat Collective, and then SheerID, I have never in my life been treated like a worthless customer. They have all the promises on the phone, yet their words DO NOT match their actions. After nearly three-weeks of utter time-wasting between phone calls and emails and stupidly filling out the 'same' forms, I gave up trying to get accredited. They said my qualification was out of date. In the UK, this isn't the case. I've been qualified since 2011, and they say that is out of date. In the U.K. there is no such thing, otherwise, how would I be insured? (one the documents they ask for)... Speaking to the staff on the phone, great manners, promises of help etc, yet they kept sending me the SAME forms to fill in and the same answers kept coming back. No matter whom I spoke with, the same thing happens. I was liaising with someone called 'Red' at their end, who was as much use as a chocolate kettle, it was embarrassing to witness. My clients range from Princesses, CEO's, VC's, TV / Movie actors, Music stars, to those that benefit from my training, and have no titles, ALL ask me what clothes I wear. By way of advertising, Lululemon should be providing these to me for nothing except free advertising endorsement exposure. Due to the above, I will not even pursue getting a discount card for being a trainer. The experience was awful and unacceptable dealing with such a flawed system. Lululemon should hang their heads in shame. During my 121 'and' online training sessions, my clients and I always talk. I will be passing on my experience with Lululemon 'to be avoided' at all costs. The company is: Sexist Unprofessional Unaccountable Exceptionally low ratings on review sites. I was unaware of this until I found it my duty to share of this awful experience. The clothes themselves are good. Yet, after this wasted effort, I'll be using other brand names and never be in a position to use LuluLemon again. The management and board team should be absolutely and positively ashamed of themselves.
