Sophie was on hand to help me with my booking and things to be changed round which she has done all of it!! lovely person to deal with very friendly with a lot of knowledge and options of where we wanted to stay. customer service 10/10, thank you for your help Sophie. Sunday was the day I was arranging it all and we both had things to do with our little ones, instead of saying I will get back to you Monday we both give our free times from taking the kids out and she called me back with inthe times you cant ask for better than that
